Ava Holtzman (b. 2000) is a curator, photographer, and multimedia artist based in Prague, CZ.

She holds a BA in Photography and New Media from FAMU Academy of Performing Arts in Prague, and is pursing an MFA in art theory at Academy of Fine Arts in Prague. She has worked extensively in print publications, digital media, contemporary art installation, and exhibition curation across the US and Europe. Her work spans interactive installation, experimental photography, fashion design, and digital art.
Her practice deals in questions of post-digital evolution of identity and spirituality, ethics of new technologies as mediums, and centering perspectives of groups and voices on the periphery of society.

Ava aims to explore and test boundaries between human and machine; online and offline identity. Her work reflects the sentiments of a new wave of digital artists, where technology simultaneously disembodies and connects us.
She is interested in cultivating spaces of discussion and critique, merging visual sociology and activism alongside experimental imagery, and curating inclusive and accessible spaces within the contemporary art landscape.
